I will use your website/application/software as an everyday user would and identify issues that may affect the usability, functionality and overall user experience of the application. My testing includes: • Finding bugs, glitches and unexpected behavior • Checking navigation and ease of use • Testing forms, buttons, links and key features • Reporting confusing workflows or poor user experiences • Providing clear feedback with screenshots and reproduction steps when possible Deliverables include the following: • Written test report • List of discovered issues • User experience observations and suggestions • Screenshots of identified problems (if applicable)
